Al didn’t like this at all.
The mental hospital building he was currently walking through on his way to the court ordered psychological evaluation seemed very claustrophobic to Al Envy. The grey walls seemed to close on him, the chill of cold shivered Al straight to the bone. He understood why people would go crazy in a place like this even though they come to this place to become better. He understood now why Rob Riot came into the arena last week and left in a straight jacket. This place would do something like that too you.
Yet Al Envy stayed focused on what needed to be done. He had to get this over with so he could finally head towards The Courtland in Arizona where he would finally, once and for all, end this whole thing with Ricky Bobby Cassels in a Styles Rules match. This was something that Al wanted to get over with. Being involved with a redneck loser like Ricky Bobby and his elephant sized trailer tramp Nikki Juggs was inadvertently hurting his cred. Al had been way too damn involved with this jack off and it was high time to end this shit once and for all, and it was a hell of a possibility for that to happen since because of the recent brand draft both Al and Ricky were going to be on different shows. So not seeing that shit looking mullet as much as he has over the last few years was a bonus for Al Envy.
Al kept stopping every few feet to see if the signal on his phone has came back. At the moment he was waiting for a important phone call from some business he had set up. But unfortunately since this got damn place was a lonely pure void of any kind of hope or a signal it was hard to get a call through. Al continued following the nurse with the nice ass as they weaved through the halls and corridors of Castle Depression.
Down each and every hallway were rooms with inmates in them. Al actually wondered what room held Hunter Valentyne, who alongside Rob Riot was incarcerated in this place thanks to Jesse Styles. Being kind of a dick deep down he wanted to go poke some fun at Hunter just because he could and the fact he would never fucking forgive that prick for that Society bullshit the fucking dickhead. Yet like I said Al wanted to get this over with so following the nurse with the really nice as actually was his priority right now.
Stupid fucking judge, dumb ass network, pussy bitch Matt Haven. Fuck all three of them. Al needed to be outside dealing with what he needed to deal with. He looks at his phone again and still no fucking signal. Frustrated Al cussed under his breath prompting the nurse to stop and look at him.
Nurse: Are you ok sir? We are almost to the doctor’s office. Dr. Natasha is waiting.
Al Envy: Well that’s swell.
Turning the corner some light finally started to creep through as waiting rooms started coming into view. All of a sudden the cell phone started blowing up. Al looked at his phone again and saw numerous texts a few missed calls, one from a number he had never seen before. As a matter of fact that number had called like 10 times. Yet the number he wanted to call him had not called yet. After going through some texts deleting the ones from Chris Styles who was going to die at Al’s hands for leaving him hanging in a jail cell for two days Al once again placed his phone back in his pocket. A fow of comfy waiting room chairs line up against the wall to the left and those lad up to a set of wooden doors. The nurse once again turns around.
Nurse: Please have a seat Mr. Envy. Let me see if Dr. Natasha is ready for you.
Just as he was about to be seated. The ringer on his phone alerted him that a phone call was coming in. Al looked to see who it was and it was exactly the person that he had been waiting for.
Al Envy: Is it done??
On the other side of the line was a driver that Al had hired to pick up one Ricky Bobby Cassels and his lovely heffer of a woman named Nikki Juggs. Evy had stocked the limo driven by said driver with the two things that those two useless hicks cherished the most. Busch Light and cigarettes, actually they were well let’s just say limited edition Busch Light and cigarettes specially made for Ricky Cassels and his fat lady Nikki Juggs.
Driver: Yes sir they are inside the building.
Al Envy not only hired a driver but he also hired a rather good looking prostitute to play along with his final scheme against Ricky Bobby. She wa also an aspiring actress so she played the role of a computer teacher. And no Envy didn't taste her goods. He was above cheap prostitutes now.
Al Envy: So I assume our lady friend played her role well.
Driver: Oh yes sir. She flirted with Ricky big time while she taught him and that huge woman all about the internet.
Al Envy: Very good. Both of you will get bonuses if this all works out. So I expect by now the ecstasy that was planted in the beer and cigs has kicked in by now. So you and the lady friend go in and finish off the plan. When the video is completed make sure its posted on the internet and send the link to me. Oh and make sure da Nikki is the first to see what happens ok?
Driver: Yes sir. We are currently underway as we speak.
Al Envy: Good.
Envy clicked end on his phone and he placed it back in his pocket. Al was hoping this would be the final encounter with that Ricky Bobby bitch and he wanted to forever leave his final impression on the life of Ricky Cassels. He knew that when Nikki Juggs saw what was being recorded to be placed on the internet whether they were feeling the affects of the ecstasy or not she would never forgive him. Ever! So that means Ricky would have lost everything that ever meant a got damn thing to him. First the TA title, then the friendship of Jesse Styles, then finally the only woman that would ever touch him besides the ones that you have to pay and the love of his life Nikki Juggs.
Oh and before you ask does Al Envy have any kind of remorse for any of his actions the answer is no. Al Envy never ever said he was a nice guy. He might visit some children’s hospitals here and there and put smiles on kids faces but when you threaten to take something that Al Envy worked too hard for to legitimize like his Trans-Atlantic Championship you better be ready to play his fucking game.
After looking at a potted plant in the corner of the waiting room finally the nurse came back in.
Nurse: Sir, Dr. Natasha is ready for you.
Straightening up his clothes and smoothing out his shirt Al walks inside the room. It was your typical shrink’s office. A wall full of books about psychology lined the right side of the room and prominently displayed above the window were the doctor’s degrees and accolades. To the left was where the magic happened. The high backed chair where the good doctor set was next to the couch where the patient lies down to get the third degree. Both were upholstered with the finest damn leather you could possibly find. Shit these two pieces of furniture were probably worth more than the whole damn building.
Al sits down on the couch and hears a door next to the bookshelf click. In walked a middle age woman that didn’t age well. Apparently the weights of running basically an asylum and diving into the minds of every kind of normal, weird, distraught, or psychotic patient on a daily basis had taken its toll. Envy was pretty sure this lady had some hellacious stories that she could tell. Yet of course H.I.P.P.A. is a fucking buzz kill.
Dr. Natasha: Mr. Webster I presume.
Al Envy: You presume correctly. It’s nice to met you Dr despite the current circumstances.
Dr. Natasha: Well I am not going to try and take up too much of your time. Yet I do believe that it is important that we do address these anger issues that the courts have deemed to have labeled you with. Shall we get started?
She motions for Al to take a lie on the couch. Dr. Natasha sits next to him in the high back leather chair and crosses her legs. She takes out her tablet and starts tapping on it. Guess the days of the notebooks and pens were over.
Dr. Natasha: I looked over your records and see this is the first time you have talked to a psychiatrist. I find that kind of surprising considering the field of work you are currently in. I always found it important for professional athletes to have a clean bill of mental health through interactions with psychiatrists and psychologists. Why sir is this your first visit with a mental health professional?
Al Envy: Because honestly doc I don’t need a shrink, no offense to you but I have complete mental clarity. Why in the hell do I need to regularly visit a doctor that I don’t need. And where would I possibly find the time with my current schedule to do so.
Dr. Natasha frantically taps away on her tablet. Al started wondering what in the hell she was saying in her digital notes.
Dr. Natasha: I have done this profession for almost 25 years Mr. Webster. No one truly has mental clarity as you so call it. Even psychiatrists and psychologists like myself have inner issues when it comes to the mind. But nonetheless I do want to at least scratch the surface of your recent violent outburst that caused you to be placed in front of a judge. Now what were you feeling when you decided to do what you did to a one….Mr. Haven….
Al started rubbing his face and took a deep breath.
Al Envy: Ok he was just in the wrong pace at the wrong time. I have been under some stress recently and I guess I took it out on him and Kaupena Yoon. Did I mean to damn near permanently injure him hell no. Besides we work for a professional wrestling company if that little shit can’t deal with it then he needs to quit. Oh wait he already did. So what is the big damn deal??
Once again the doctor tapped away at her tablet. The clicking sound coming from the device was like fingernails being dragged across a chalkboard.
Dr. Natasha: Whether you work or you don’t in a physical profession there are limitations. You went beyond those limitations. You know I am quite the fan of professional wrestling and have followed your career a while. You never seemed this aggressive in any other kind of altercation you have had over your career. Actually I did notice a spike in aggression and anger the last time you faced a one Ricky Cassels.
Al Envy: Oh fuck him….I am not aggressive only when I face Ricky. He gets too much credit he doesn’t deserve in the first place. Him making Al Envy crazy isn’t going to be another one of his knots under his belt because it isn’t fucking true.
Dr. Natasha kind of ignored Al as she continued to tap away at her tablet.
Dr. Natasha: What is it you don’t like about Ricky Cassels. He seems to be a pretty stand up guy.
Al Envy started to once again rub his face as he lied on the couch.
Al Envy: Its what he fucking is doctor. I have worked my ass off establishing my name in the wrestling business and this lazy fucking redneck has had everything handed to him. He was handed a championship that I worked my ass off to re-establish. He got in bed figuratively speaking with Jesse Styles so he once again had other things handed to him. He is an overrated piece of shit that doesn’t deserve to be in the same vicinity with me and he damn sure doesn’t deserve to be classified with me in anything when it comes to what we do.
Al stopped to take a breath as Dr. Natasha continues to listen and type on that damn tablet. God that fucking noise was getting irritating to Envy.
Al Envy: Its just his kind of people too. I am from Texas and am from the south but Jesus I am not an idiot. i dealt with those fuckers when I was a kid and……
Dr. Natasha: Stop right there? When you were a child? You were exposed to the type of person Ricky Cassels is?
Al Envy: Well yeah…..
And for the first time a memory came to Al Envy that he must have had suppressed deep inside. One of the most embarrassing incidents in his life.
Al Envy: I don’t want to talk about this doctor…….
Dr. Natasha: Oh I think you should Alan. This could be something you need to get out in the open. Trust me you will feel better about it. What happened to you as a child Mr. Webster.
Al Envy: Like I said doctor. I don’t want to talk about it.
Dr. Natasha looked to her immediate right and placed the tablet onto the table next to her chair. She stood up and looked down at Al. She then got on her knees.
Dr. Natasha: Well I think you need to let me know what happened. I am going to help you so it will be easier for you. I usually don’t take these drastic measures but have you ever been succumbed to hypnosis before.
Al Envy: What are you going to control my mind or something. Make me bark like a dog, turn me into a homosexual? No I really don’t want to be hypnotized. Go hypnotize Hunter Valentyne one of your other patients and turn him queer. That would be hilarious.
Dr. Natasha: Its not that kind of hypnosis sir. I just want to relax you and clear your mind. You won’t even know that you are about to tell me what I want you to tell me about your experience as a child. I want to put you under and when you're done telling me your story I will bring you back and this session will be over. I really think you getting this off your chest will benefit you in the long run.
Envy continued to laugh until the doctor flashed a pen up to his face. Al immediately focused on the pen as the doctor slowly moved it left to right.
Dr. Natasha: Now….take deep breaths and follow this pen. Focus on the sound of my voice and clear your mind. All I want you to retain is that memory you don’t want to talk about. Is tht memory with you now.
Al Envy:....yes….
Dr. Natasha: Now for me to know I have your attention bark like a dog….
Envy obliged and after about a minute of barking the doctor orders him to stop.
Dr. Natasha: Now I want you to lie down. Do you still have that memory?
Al Envy:....yes…..
Dr. Natasha: Good. Now take a deep breath and share it with me….
And with a blank stare as he looked at the ceiling. The hypnotized Al Envy started sharing a childhood memory.
It all started when my Dad was demoted from his job at Coastal Transport, which was a oil delivery company that was in Fort Worth where I was born and grew up. After a few months he and my Mom could no longer afford our house that I grew up in. Pop was too damn proud to take up the offer my grandparents for us to move in with them because they had plenty of room. My Dad was not too fond of apartment complexes either. So he really only had one other option to move myself and my Mom too.
So we packed up what we could and put into storage the rest and we moved to Keller, Texas to….a trailer park. My Dad bought a two bedroom set up and started paying the rental fee for the spot. I would never forget his face when we pulled up into that park and drove to where our new home was set up. He got out of the car and looked so damn rejected. Over the next few weeks he just sat in this trailer home and when he wasn’t working overnight he was drinking beer looking depressed. Myself on the other hand found me a friend at the next door lot named Tommy Jones, a guy I still briefly speak with to this day. What was it that brought us together as friends? Of course it was pro wrestling.
Yet my father was not a fan of pro wrestling. He thought it was the underbelly of society and didn’t take too kindly to the fans either. He once told me that wrestling fans were phony rednecks too lazy to get a real fucking job and pretty much forbidden me to watch that garbage as he so eloquently put it in his damn house. Well in our old house we had three televisions so I could watch wrestling without him knowing it. But in our new trailer home we only had one now. So….I went over to Tommy’s and watched pro wrestling with him and his dad.
As the hypnotized Al Envy tells his story Dr. Natasha listens. She was focusing on keeping Al under his trance as well as taking those damn notes on her tablet.
Tommy’s dad was a decent sized guy. Around 6’4” and was I guess you could say the sheriff of the trailer park. He had a long flowing mullet and his mouth was full of broken teeth. Guy would suck down on Keystone Lights one after another and yelled yee haw every time something happened that went his way. Tommy’s mother was this big woman, probably three hundred pounds that sucked on Pall Mall cigarettes. Yet they were really cool towards me. My Dad slept through the day while my mom worked. And we were in the park over summer vacation so I spent a lot of time with those people till either dad woke up or mom came home.
The hypnotized Al Envy was now starting to fight the hypnosis as he started shuffling on the couch. Dr. Natasha calmed down Envy and was now in full control again.
So one day we were watching some wrestling on some VHS tapes that Tommy had recorded. One afternoon we were sitting there watching them when we heard a commotion from the outside. We looked out and there were our fathers. My dad was drunk off of scotch and I was pretty sure Tommy’s dad was slammed from beer. They got into a fight. And my dad lost. As a matter of fact he got the ever loving ass kicked out of him…
So I stood there as my father is getting annihilated by this mullet wearing redneck and the man is yelling and acting like a fool. My father was struggling to get up and every time he tried Tommy’s dad would knock him back down. I finally had enough and charged outside and kicked the man beating my dad up in the back of the leg. Next thing I know Tommy turns around and punches me straight in the jaw knocking out two of my teeth. I get back up and Tommy’s dad pushes me into where my dad is lying down trying to once again get back up. My dad covered me up as those two kicked the living shit out of us.
Dr. Natasha finally heard what she wanted to hear. She stands up and brings Envy back out of his hypnosis. Al sits up quickly and doesn't really know what happened.
Al Envy: Wha...what in the hell is going on.
Dr. Natasha: You’re coming out of hypnosis. It might take a little time before you're completely back to your mental self.
Yet Al knew what had just happened. The doctor hypnotized him and got out that memory he held down for so long. Yet he wasn't angry about it. Dr. Natasha reading Envy like a book knew that now Al was willing to talk about it.
Dr. Natasha: You just shared with me what happened in the trailer park. You left off that you and your dad were brutally beaten by your neighbors
Rubbing his hands in his face Al took a deep breath.
Al Envy: That was the first time I ever say my dad helpless you know. Yeah he didn’t approve of me being a wrestling fan, and after that incident he really hit it home to me that all fans were just like Tommy and his dad. He told me they all were trailer trash and I needed to be above them. Yet my dad loved me and protected me all the time. Yet on that day I tried to protect him and I failed.
Dr. Natasha: So you see Ricky Cassels, a man very similar to Tommy’s dad in the way you described him. And you want that revenge for your father. Even though Ricky isn’t responsible for those actions when you were so young. He represents that man to you.
Al stood up and started pacing around the room.
Dr. Natasha: These suppressed memories has brought out the anger you have displayed over the last few weeks. I have treated cases like before you Alan. Let me ask you something….when you attacked Matt Haven and that Yoon fellow who did you see when you did that?
Al Envy quietly sat back down…
Al Envy: I saw Tommy’s dad. Or at least I pretended it was Tommy’s dad. I guess this whole thing with Ricky Cassels has brought back how helpless that man made my father out to be. I look at Ricky Cassels and just like Tommy’s dad he thinks he is better than me. He thinks that being on welfare and not working hard is the way to be, just like Tommy’s dad. And he thinks that he is going to kick my ass like Tommy’s dad kicked my dad’s ass.
And for some weird reason everything that had been bothering him seemed to just float away. The aggression that was eating at him ever since this whole ordeal with Ricky Cassels and how Al tried everything he could to beliger and embarrass Ricky all just started to make sense now. The good doctor had brought out a suppressed memory. Dr. Natasha noticed that Al was thinking to himself. He looked focused and content for some odd reason.
Dr. Natasha: Ok that will be enough for today. We will meet again next month.
Al broke out of his thought process.
Al Envy: What do you mean next month?
Dr. Natasha: You are going to see me once a month because of what the judge ordered. It corresponds with the new mental wellness policy that your employer New Edge Wrestling has implemented. Besides I think these monthly meeting will benefit you. You’re an interesting case Mr. Webster. The nurse will see you on your way out.
And with that the good doctor stood up and left the room. The nurse comes back in and Al follows her out. Now once again standing in the waiting room Al started to realize that holy shit he was hypnotized earlier. What if she fucked with his mind by making him act like a dog or worse yet…..Al immediately looked at the nurse who was now bending over to reach something and noticed that great looking ass. He approached the nurse and grabbed a handful of it. The nurse turned around in shock at Al.
Nurse: EXCUSE ME!!!
Al Envy: I am sorry...I had to make sure that she didn’t make me gay or something. I am still straight so yay for me!!
The nurse all of a sudden smiled and grabbed Al by the hand and lead him to an empty closet behind her desk.
Nurse: Well we better make sure shall we……..
45 minutes later the cool night breeze of the Chicago Spring hit Envy in the face, He was soaking in the freedom he just experienced. That building was a void of unhappiness. It was just filled with the thoughts of miserable people. It was good that Al shared such a distant memory he had tried his best to forget. That had been eating at him for quite some time. It all explained why he hated people like Ricky Cassels and his fat shit girlfriend Nikki Juggs. It now focused him on what he needed to do at Demented to Ricky, and that was ending this once and for all. Oh and in case you were wondering...definitely not gay.
As a black car pulled up to pick Al up his phone notifies him he has a message. He clicks the link on the phone and he sees his plan for Ricky come into view. He didn’t want to watch much because the sight of Ricky Bobby having sex was just fucking nasty. For what he saw though the prostitute/actress he hired had done her job. Ricky lied there under the effects of the drug ecstasy as that girl gave him the best ride of her life. She kept telling Ricky to say her name and the dumb mother fucker did. Jesus can you imagine how Nikki reacts when she is taught how to access videos on a certain internet page when she comes too.
Satisfied Al is about to get into the car when the opposite side door opens. Stepping out of it was the most gorgeous blonde you have ever seen. She stares right into Al’s eyes and they look at each other. Slowly they both walk around the car and are now standing in front of each other. The woman looks extremely nervous.
Al Envy…..Shelby?
The half sister of Scarlet Styles looked like she was on the verge of tears. Al continued to stare at her as he reaches his hand out to feel if she was real. Shelby and Envy were a pretty heavy item a few months ago before New Edge closed its doors again. She left and wasn’t heard from until now. Al didn’t go one day without thinking about her And now here she is. Once again he was touching her. Shelby Taylor had come back.
Shelby Taylor: Hi Al…..um I heard you needed a lift and maybe a friend so I asked Jesse if I could pick you up. I tried calling you but.......but.....
Shelby started to cry. Al pulled her into him and they stood there under the Chicago night sky. It felt good to hold her again, as time seemed to freeze right at that very moment……
At Demented the story of Al Envy and Ricky Cassels is finally going to reach its final chapter. And its going to end like this…….Al once again takes everything that Ricky ever cherished. He caused Ricky to lose his TA title that was handed to him. He took away his best friend, and he also ended his relationship with his fat hog woman Nikki. All that is left is the Styles Rules match where Al Envy finally ends da Ricky Bobby. And finally Al Envy will have satisfaction and enjoy the moment as Ricky lies at his feet beaten and completely both physically and emotionally broken. He will finally be able to lose that repressed memory of his father and him getting beaten up by lower class citizens that are just like Ricky Cassels. It will finally be time to move on….
This story will finally come to an end at Demented.
The mental hospital building he was currently walking through on his way to the court ordered psychological evaluation seemed very claustrophobic to Al Envy. The grey walls seemed to close on him, the chill of cold shivered Al straight to the bone.
